For On-Site service calls:

$99.00 per hour (1 hour minimum with additional time being billed in 15 minute increments).
Plus the cost of parts.

Service at our facility:
(Customer Drop-Off)
$99.00 per hour (1 hour minimum with additional time billed in 15 minute increments).
Plus the cost of parts.

For On-Site Pickup/Drop-Off:
(Within 20 miles)
$20.00 per trip (Pickup or Drop-Off)

Monthly Maintenance Agreements:
(On-Site)
$99.00 per hour (minimum 2 hours per month)
Insure your PC is Updated and protected from Spyware and Viruses Also, covers any necessary repairs or desired upgrades.
Plus the cost of parts (if any are necessary).

Guaranteed 4 hour response time during normal business days (8am to 6pm Monday through Friday).
No house-call or pickup fees.
Phone support.

For businesses without broadband access (Roadrunner or DSL) we recommend either having us pickup and drop-off your PC or you may drop it off to us for repair. Dial-Up access can increase the time we will have to spend on-site due to the slower download speed for Updates, Patches, or Applications which may be necessary to insure your PC is properly protected.

Evening hours are available from 5PM -9PM at NO additional charge.
