Home User Pricing

In-House service:
(Customer Drop-Off)
$99.00 per hour (Minimum 1 hour with additional time billed in 15 minute increments).
Plus the cost of parts.

For On-Site service calls:
(Within 20 miles)
$99.00 per hour (one hour minimum with additional time billed in 15 minute increments).
Plus the cost of parts.

For Home Pickup/Drop-Off:
(Within 20 miles)
$15.00 per trip (Pickup or Drop-Off)

For households without broadband access (Roadrunner or DSL) we recommend either having us pickup and drop-off your PC or you may drop it off to us for repair. Dial-Up access increases the time we will have to spend on-site due to the slower download speed for Updates, Patches, or Applications which may be necessary to insure your PC is properly protected.

Evening hours are available from 5PM -9PM at NO additional charge.
